BUSINESS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Before starting GLA Real Eststate, Morgan was recruited to Colliers International to grow the retail brokerage platform in Greater Los Angeles. Prior to that, he worked at CBRE where he was the lead landlord representative for a South Bay retail team. He was with the firm from 2005 until early 2010. Morgan started his real estate career in 1999 by managing the site selection, architectural direction and permitting of the first LEED Certified buildings in San Gabriel Valley. In 2002, he started at Sachse Real Estate, a boutique firm in Beverly Hills. There, he focused on sales and leasing of new and existing retail projects throughout Southern California and represented clients such as AutoZone, Inc., Circle-K and Massage Envy.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Morgan is a veteran leasing specialist and has built an extensive resume that includes some of the most recognizable retail projects in Southern California, including Plaza El Segundo, a 380,000 SF lifestyle/power center and the Howard Hughes Promenade, a 248,841 SF entertainment center. In the past twenty years, he has closed more than 600 lease transactions, valued at more than $750 million.

Morgan McEvoy started his own brokerage firm in 2013 after a successful career at CBRE, Colliers and Sachse Real Estate. He brings with him more than twenty years of real estate experience and a specialization in the leasing of power and community shopping centers throughout Greater Los Angeles. Morgan has refined his craft by providing landlord and tenant representation with national retailers, landlords and developers.
